Time Management

The Problem

It's harder than ever to manage our time. The amount of it available hasn't changed - it's a fixed quantity - but the pace of modern life has exploded, and our personal systems and time management tools haven't kept up. Although we are experts in our fields, we were never taught modern best practices for task management and improved productivity. Forced to adopt out-dated or ad hoc methods, we’re being held back from our best, causing unnecessary stress and dampening of our natural creativity and enthusiasm.

Unfortunately, the ad hoc and traditional time management strategies that we resort to don't scale to the demands of the new world of work. As a result, we often employ ineffective “solutions,” including multi-tasking, working overtime, and sleeping less. These simply aren't sustainable.

The Solution

I teach clients a simple system of effective time management skills to get control of the overwhelming volume of "stuff" inundating their lives. Adopting these helps to release and focus their natural talents on the work they love. As an ex-NASA engineer and top time management blogger, I've researched the field and put together the best techniques to manage yourself, your work, and the deluge of information coming at you hourly. The result of applying my work is you will:

  • Feel less stress,
  • Have more confidence that you're getting the right work done 100% efficiently, and
  • Have more deeply satisfying workdays.

Feel free to email or give me a call - I'd be delighted to chat and see if I can help.
